Core Competencies

Five areas of capability, each performed by our principals directly.

AI Architecture & Advisory

Discovery with executives and the teams who do the work. Value streams, target architectures and phased roadmaps in TOGAF® and BIZBOK® disciplines, each phase tied to the value-creation plan or mission. Governance and human control designed in.

AI Governance & Human Control

Who approves what, what gets logged, and the policy for how AI is used. Approval points, audit trails and access rules are set before anything is built, so a named person stays in control of every decision AI touches.

AI & Automation Engineering

Agentic AI systems for document processing, classification, and workflow automation. Retrieval and data-extraction pipelines. Human-in-the-loop review architectures. AI implementation in regulated and compliance-bound environments.

Data Foundations for AI

Clean, governed data in place before automation is built on it. Data migration, cleanup, and normalization. ETL pipeline development. Records and content digitization.

Adoption & Change

Training for the people who will run the new workflows, side-by-side running until the people who own the work sign off, and a planned hand-over to your team.

Differentiators

What separates Resolon's delivery from a typical vendor engagement.

Security built into how we work

Security is a property of how Resolon builds, not a separate service. Work happens inside the client's own environment, access is limited by role, and every action is logged.

Human control by design

Agents prepare the work and a named person approves each decision before it takes effect. Who approves what, and what is logged, is settled before anything is built.

Executive delivery accountability

Principals perform the work. Agencies deal directly with the CEO and COO, with no account layer and no handoff to junior staff.

U.S.-based delivery

All work performed by U.S. persons in the United States.

Key Personnel

The people who perform the work, in order of role.

Kevin Chad Neptune, Chief Executive Officer and Chief AI Architect

Leads Resolon's AI architecture work: executive discovery, current-state and capability mapping, target AI architecture, phased roadmaps, and governance that keeps people in control of AI-assisted work. Provided interim financial and operational leadership to a federal facilities O&M and base operations support contractor (one-month engagement, completed). Insurance agency owner since 2006 (three agencies, 25 employees). Anthropic Claude Certified Architect - Professional and Claude Certified Developer (Foundations).

Noah Neptune, Chief Operating Officer

Noah runs operations, client delivery and program management at Resolon. Noah graduated in October 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.

Past Performance

Corporate history and the principal experience it draws on.

Resolon LLC is a newly formed entity.

Corporate past performance is being established through commercial delivery and teaming engagements. Relevant experience resides in our principals, whose individual performance histories are available upon request.

Principal experience, commercial: Lead Validator Pro, October 2025 to August 2026. Architecture, development, and operation of a multi-tenant platform for insurance lead validation, piloted with a Fortune 100 company. Included database-level customer isolation, third-party data integration, and browser-extension client tooling.

Principal experience, operational leadership: Enterprise operations, systems deployment, and organizational stabilization across regulated industries, including a federal facilities O&M and base operations support contractor.

Resolon actively seeks subcontracting and joint venture opportunities with prime contractors and established small businesses.
